This Privacy Policy describes how J7Software ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the MegaDice: Ones and Fives mobile application (the "App").
1. No account required
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to play. You can download and use the App immediately.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
- Your name, email address, or other contact information
- Your precise or approximate location
- Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
- Any content you create outside of local gameplay
3. Information stored locally on your device
The App keeps a local history of your last 15 completed games (player names as entered in-game, scores, game mode, and date) and your language preference. This information is stored only on your own device (Android SharedPreferences) and is never transmitted to us or to any server we control. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this data.
4. Third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process information according to its own privacy policy:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), general device information, and approximate location (derived from IP address) to serve ads, and — where you have given consent — personalized ads. You can review or withdraw your ad consent at any time from the App's Settings screen ("Change Ad Consent"), where available for your region. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Used to collect and manage your consent choices for personalized advertising, in compliance with GDPR (EEA/UK/Switzerland) and other applicable regional privacy laws.
Google Play Billing
If you choose to purchase the optional one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google's handling of this transaction is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Play In-App Updates
The App checks with Google Play Services whether a newer version of the App is available, using Google's standard in-app update mechanism.
5. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising shown in the App is limited to content suitable for general audiences (maximum content rating "G").
6. Data security
Because the App does not collect personal information on our own servers, there is no account data of yours for us to secure. Any information handled by the third-party services listed above is protected according to their own respective security practices.
7. Your choices
- You can manage or withdraw ad-personalization consent at any time via Settings → "Change Ad Consent" (where applicable for your region).
- You can purchase "Remove Ads" to stop ads from being requested or shown in the App entirely.
- You can request a Google Play refund for a purchase according to Google Play's standard refund policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
